Cancellation Policy
•No extra guests or children allowed.
•All payments and services are nonrefundable.
•No call/no show will forfeit their deposit. A new deposit is required to rebook.
•The remaining balance may be paid using Apple Pay, Zelle, or Cash.
•A 10-minute grace period is provided. Beginning at 11 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be charged.
•Cancellations and rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment.
•Please reschedule if you are sick or have irritation, open wounds or an active infection in the treatment area.
•Please allow up to 48 hours before your appointment to receive the studio address.
•By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all Quinta Esthetics policies.
